Caleb Gibbs

Founder and Managing Partner

Caleb is a commercial real estate investor focused on self-storage acquisitions and operations throughout the Southeastern United States. He owns and operates multiple self-storage facilities and continues to pursue cash-flowing commercial real estate opportunities with long-term upside.

His investment approach is centered on operational efficiency, disciplined management, and partnerships with experienced industry professionals to improve property performance and increase asset value.

Caleb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University and has more than 14 years of management experience in the retail and specialty compounding pharmacy industries. He managed two pharmacies in the Nashville area with teams of more than 20 employees, overseeing operations, staffing, financial performance, and customer service. That background in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership is the foundation of his real estate and asset management approach.

Managing Partner

Daniel is a commercial real estate investor focused on self-storage and cash-flowing commercial real estate assets. He is actively involved in the management and growth of an expanding self-storage portfolio, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and asset performance.

He works with experienced industry operators and professionals to improve operations, increase cash flow, and strengthen property valuations.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Arts and Social Media Management from Middle Tennessee State University. His experience managing an insurance portfolio for high net worth individuals across their personal and business assets sharpened his skills in problem-solving, systems and risk management.
